Cougars Join College Park Course Work Party in Preparation for ESI
Over 100 athletes from Campolindo and College Park high schools combined forces Saturday to ready the Hidden Valley Park trails for another edition of the Ed Sias Cross Country Invitational. Nearly a half mile of course paths were widened and leveled in less than three hours.
The blue and red hoards will return to the scene this Friday for the "Little Ed" scrimmage race, an annual ESI preview event also attended by Acalanes, Alhambra, College Park, Deer Valley and Oakland. This practice meet will feature four races, beginning with the Rookie Girls Race at 3:30pm. A Rookie Boys Race, Veteran Girls Race and Veteran Boys race will follow.
