Cougars Join Falcons for Seven Mile Trail Adventure over Mt. Tamalpais
Conditions were perfect for the trek through misty Muir Woods and over the shoulder of Mt. Tamalpais as athletes from Campolindo, College Park and Concord converged on Saturday.
The Dipsea trail challenged runners in the early morning coastal fog. Meanwhile, parents drove the windy route to the beach, setting up a feast for the harriers to enjoy at the finish.
The remainder of the day was spent bathing in the fridge surf, exploring the rocky coastline, and otherwise lounging on the sand as the skies gradually cleared.
