Volunteer Schedule
2013 Track & Field Season
Listed below are the parent volunteer job assignments for each home meet. Blank boxes indicate where help is still needed! If you would like to sign-up to help at a home meet, PLEASE e-mail Chuck Woolridge at cougarcoach@comcast.net to request a position. These jobs are all EASY, with NO prior experience required! Coaches and veteran parents will always be on hand to help teach new volunteers.

4TH OF JULY RACE DIRECTOR: Facilitate publicity, inventory and update equipment and supplies, coordinate volunteers, process entries, solicit sponsors, communicate/coordinate with Town of Moraga for track and cross country team Moraga July 4th Fun Run. This is a huge responsibility upon which the teams depend for raising funds for our annual expenses. |

BOOSTER CLUB LIAISON: Attend monthly Booster Club meetings. Represent interests of track and cross country teams, report out at annual team parent meetings regarding Booster Club events, fund-raising goals, and status of team accounts. |

FINISH LYNX TIMING SYSTEM GURU: Take the timing system equipment, lap top and instructions home, learn the system, and be the primary operator for all of home meets. Coordinate timing crew volunteers, inventory equipment, make recommendations for updates, order new/replacement equipment. |
