Aidan Goltra's (14) gritty distance triple was another vital factor in the boys' success, which included a victory over Dublin by 1 point! Jack Shurz' (15) discus mark of 128 was another improvement and topped all competitors. Marcus Harland-Dunaway (14) was a double winner, dominating both hurdle races. In spite of a solid day for Ashley Bernardo (14), who earned 20 points versus Las Lomas and Alhambra, the varsity girls were caught off guard by a Dublin squad that showed improvement in the throws and dominated both the vertical and horizontal jumps. Best marks for the girls included Julie Hyatt's (17) 63 second 400m and Mary Order's (15) 1600m effort in 5:16.15.
