Red Teams Rule 2014 Intra-Squad Meet

The girls' and boys' red teams held off challenges from their blue counterparts at Friday's practice meet. The intra-squad affair offered an opportunity for rookies and veterans alike to acclimate to the DFAL meet format, with all 16 events contested.

Highlights included a double sprint win for Parker Lothamer (15) in the 400m and 200m, as well as a fine 300 hurdle debut for Mariah Brown (17).

Sarah Shipway (16) and Natasha McCullough (16) managed to set new personal bests in the 3200m, and Grant Chen (15) closed in on the century mark in discus.
