Dipsea Doesn't Disappoint! Harriers Enjoy Post Run Picnic, Sunny Stinson Beach
A perfect day greeted athletes as they descended off Mt. Tamalpais and into the ocean side town of Stinson. While the treck over the shoulder of the moutnain included some welcome shade and damp trail, once the run was behind them, athletes were baked by warm sunshine on white sands. The unusually warm Pacific waters were also a highlight, along with delicious hambergers and other picnic snacks.
Don't miss out on the final beach trip of the summer, scheduled for August 15. The Cougars will wrap up their preseason training with a spectacular trail run in Point Reyes, followed by picnic and beach time on Tomales Bay.
