2026 SEASON PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Cougar Track & Field practices will be held daily, Monday through Saturday. With the exception of spring break, Monday-through-Saturday practice attendance is a requirement of participation. Please review the detailed practice calendars on the TRAINING PAGE.

Mandatory team practices will not be conducted over spring break, though athletes are encouraged to complete the training sessions indicated on the training schedule for these dates.

2026 SEASON COMPETITION SCHEDULE

Diablo Athletic League competitions are mandatory. Athletes must be available to participate in these competitions in order to participate in the Cougar Track & Field season.

Athletes should examine this schedule and carefully consider whether or not they can honor the commitment required to be a member of the Cougar Track & Field Team. While we are open to all levels of ability, we understand that the commitment required for participation may not accommodate everyone.
