July 22, 2023 Harriers Return after Week in Humboldt; Summer Training to Peak at Point Reyes
After a week of intensive learning about fundamental elements of training, racing, nutrition, and so much more, the Campolindo distance runners will complete their preparations for the upcoming fall season with a trip to the Point Reyes National Seashore on Saturday, August 5.
The final event of the summer calendar will feature a run over Mt. Wittenberg to the Pacific coast before grabbing lunch in Point Reyes Station and taking a dip in Tomales Bay.
